(Dec 16) I plan on being in my office on Mon Dec 17 during the afternoon (between noon and 4pm). You can pick up your project reports and ask questions during that time. If you are planning on coming to ask questions, it is helpful if you email me the specific time so that I can insure that I am there.

(Dec 9) Prof. Striuli's final exam from Fall 2006 is a good review.
(Dec 9) Current quiz averages (best 9 out of 11 quizzes), test averages, and current grade so far have been posted on Blackboard. (Remember that 35% of the grade remains, from the project and the final exam.)
(Nov 19) On the Windows computers in the Mathlab, the Linear Algebra tutorial for Maple is located at
C:\Program Files\Maple11\examples\LinearAlgebraComputation.mws
A student version of Maple can also be purchased from the campus computer store for \$119. Here is the sample file worked on in class (also in pdf).
Of course, you are welcome to use any program (or calculator, or by hand) for calculations in the project that you wish.
(Nov 12) The project is due on Wed Dec 12. Please let me know your groups by Fri Nov 16. The Mathlab is located in Avery Hall Room 18.

(Sept 28) Calculator policy for the tests: You may have any calculator for the test, but you may only use the six basic operations: add, subtract, multiply, divide, exponentiate, and logarithm. You will be required to sign a statement saying that you understand and agree to this policy and that you understand any infraction will result in a zero for the test grade.
(Sept 12) The 3 tests will be during regular class time on Fri Oct 5, Fri Nov 2, and Fri Dec 7.
(Aug 26) Initial survey distributed on the first day of class.
